<p>PURPOSE: A biomarker for diagnosing trichloroethylene intoxication is provided to sensitively and specifically detect trichloroethylene intoxication. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing trichloroethylene intoxication contains: trasnketolase, rat liver-derived mu class glutathione S-transferase novel crystalline form, chain A, mitochondria glutathione S-transferase, beta 1 globin, hemoglobin subunit beta-2, hemoglobin beta-2 subunit-like protein, keratin 10, alpha-2u globulin biomarker protein, or an antibody which specifically binds to immunogen fragment. A kit is ELISA kit.</p> |
