ANALYTICAL METHOD OR KIT FOR DIAGNOSING POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) is provided to early diagnose PCOS without separate sample collection. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) comprises a step of measuring expression level of a gene encoding apolipoprotein A-1 containing an amino acid of sequence number 1. The gene expression level is measured by measuring mRNA or protein level. The mRNA and protein level is measured by western blotting and RT-PCR or real time-PCR. A kit for diagnosing polycystic ovarian syndrome contains a molecule for measuring the expression level of gene encoding apolipoprotein A-I.
