PURPOSE: A fuel reforming system and method for HC-SCR reaction, and a reformed fuel injection quantity control system and method for HC-SCR reaction are provided to improve the nitrogen oxide reduction efficiency of HC-SCR(Hydrocarbon-Selective Catalyst Reduction) by producing oxygenated hydrocarbon reformed fuel as reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: A fuel reforming system for HC-SCR reaction comprises an ozone generating part(10), a fuel supply part(20), a fuel reforming part(30), and a recirculating part(40). The ozone generating part produces ozone from the air flowing in from outside. The fuel supply part supplies hydrocarbon fuel being used for reformation. The fuel reforming part reforms the hydrocarbon fuel into oxygenated hydrocarbon fuel by making the hydrocarbon fuel react with the ozone. The recirculating part returns the gas produced from the fuel reforming part during the reformation back into the fuel reforming part.
