FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method involves kneading dough, sheet production, filling preparation, shaping waffles from sheets and filling. The dough contains high-grade wheat flour and dandelion roots flour at a weight ratio of 5:1 to 13:1, salt, soda, yolks, vegetable oil, phospholipids, water. During filling preparation one uses cooking fat, dry milk, sugar powder, waffle crumb and flour from girasol or girasol-sunflower or chicory or scorzonera or oyster plant or dandelion roots. Production of flour from dandelion roots or girasol-sunflower or yacon or chicory or scorzonera or oyster plant envisages preparation, cutting, drying in microwave field. All the components are taken at a specific ratio. ^ EFFECT: invention enables production of new waffles which have improved consistency and coffee taste and flavour with no coffee added to the formula. ^ 7 cl |
