<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container which is free from deformation such as wrinkles even if a sheet material comprising paper as a base material is in-line thermoformed, and to provide a molding method and apparatus for in-line making the packaging container. SOLUTION: A molding machine includes a metal mold 4 for thermoforming the sheet material 8 fed from a roll of the material 8 comprising at least paper as a base material into a deep-draw tray 8a, and a die 11 which is in-line arranged in the mold 4 for, in thermoforming by the mold 4, fixing a position of the already thermoformed deep-draw tray 8a which is connected with the tray 8a. If a cut with a predetermined depth is formed from a paper side at a predetermined position of a flange of the tray 8a, it conveniently works in segregation and separate disposal. In addition, a material like that used for a milk pack is preferable as the sheet material 8.</p> |
