<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a touch panel which has high response speed, decreases occurrences of display irregularities or moire, has high visibility, and is easily made larger. <P>SOLUTION: The touch panel includes: a plurality of opaque and highly conductive zigzag detection column wiring 31 which are provided on the surface opposite to a touch surface of a transparent substrate and arranged at regular intervals in the row direction; and a plurality of opaque and highly zigzag detection row wiring 41 which are provided via the zigzag detection column wiring 31 and an interlayer dielectric film and are arranged at regular intervals in the column direction, wherein isolated wirings 81a, 81b which are electrically insulated from the zigzag detection column wiring 31 and the zigzag detection row wiring 41 are respectively arranged in a plurality of areas surrounded by the zigzag detection column wiring 31 and the zigzag detection row wiring 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
