PURPOSE: A method for arranging a letter for Korean alphabet consonant input and Korean alphabet input method are provided to enable a user to memorize a button which a letter is located. CONSTITUTION: Each of nine signs is arranged in nine buttons arrange in 3X3 matrix. Three symbols are arranged from the left of a first row. Three symbol are arranged from the left of a second row. Three symbols are arranged from the left of a third column.
