PURPOSE: A heavy-metal adsorbing method is provided to stably solidify CO2 gas since the components of granulated waste cement reacts with the CO2 gas to generate CaCO3(Calcium Carbonate). CONSTITUTION: A heavy-metal adsorbing method is as follows. Gel-type silica is prepared. The silica reacts with aqueous solution, in which heavy metal cation has been dissolved, and the heavy metal is adsorbed to the silica.
