PURPOSE: An optical sheet including a unit lens structure for an organic light emitting device for light extraction is provided to improve light extraction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet for an organic light emitting device comprises unit lenses uniformly arranged on one side thereof and selected from either a circular cone lens or a curved surface lens. The pitch of the unit lenses is 20~50micrometers. The diameter of the base side of the unit lenses is 80~116%.
