PURPOSE: A communication device for sight is provided to remotely receive and transmit an optical signal without the exposure of a communication member to the outside if necessary. CONSTITUTION: An information signal transmission and reception unit comprises an optical signal transmission unit(6), a sign board(7) and a signal reception unit(8). The optical signal transmission unit transfers the optical signal to the other party. The sign board displays the information such as characters and so on to the other party. The signal reception unit observes the other party through an optical signal or an image, and a control unit(9) generates and analyzes a signal such as Morse code automatically while tracing the other party. |
