PURPOSE: A battery control device is provided to constantly maintain battery charge state by charging the battery using surrounding temperature information. CONSTITUTION: A battery control device comprises: a detection part(320) for detecting a first charge state and first temperature information of a battery(310); a communication unit(370) for transmitting the first charge state and first temperature information to the outer terminal; a sub-battery(330) for providing proper voltage and/or current to the battery; and a control unit(350) for controlling battery charge based on the control signal.
