PURPOSE: A fancy mattress type heating apparatus is provided to create a good heating environment and reduce energy consumption by employing an indirect heat exchange method using hot water. CONSTITUTION: A fancy mattress type heating apparatus comprises a heating fancy mattress(2) and a boiler unit(4). In the heating fancy mattress, one or more heat radiating water tanks each having an upper flat part and an inlet and an outlet that are connected to water supply and discharge hoses(22,24) are installed in an internal mounting part of a frame type main body(10) and a heat transfer plate and a radiating plate(20) are consecutively laminated on the upper flat part of the heat radiating water tanks. The boiler unit comprises a heating tank(40) and an auxiliary tank(50). The heating tank is coupled with the water supply and discharge hoses of the heating fancy mattress and provided with a heater(42). The auxiliary tank has a greater capacity and a higher reservoir bottom surface(52) than the heating tank, and the flow of water between the heating tank and the auxiliary tank is allowed at the level of the reservoir bottom surface through a water flow passage(54).
