PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bricks is provided to reduce environmental pollution by recycling sludge generated from an artificial marble manufacturing process as the raw material of the bricks. CONSTITUTION: Sludge includes 60 weight% of acryl, 40 weight of alumina hydroxide. 20 weight% of the sludge and 80 weight% of silica are mixed to obtain a mixture(S101). A hardener is additionally added to the mixture. The mixture is introduced into a brick shaping frame. A hydraulic cylinder is installed at the upper side of the brick shaping frame. The hydraulic cylinder presses an upper mold to shape bricks(S102). The shaped bricks are heated at temperature between 450 and 500 degrees Celsius(S103).
