The invention relates to a method for the production of liquid low-temperature COfrom flue gases, produced by combustion of any organic fuel, and installation for its realization. The method provides the following operations: absorption of CO, compression of adsorbent, desorption of COand NH3 vapors, cooling of COand NHvapors, their distribution to gaseous COand liquid NH, drying and condensation of CO, discharge of liquid COto the liquid nitrogen tank, direction of COvapors to the block of adsorption dehumidification, mixing of COvapors with flue gases, NHthrottling and boiling, absorption of NHvapors by water, compression of aqua-ammonia solution and water supply to the absorber.An installation comprises connected with each other absorbers, desorber, pumps, recuperatory heat exchanger, coolers, block of adsorption dehumidification, and condenser CO-evaporator of NH, throttle valve, liquid nitrogen tank, supercooler and rectifying column.The invention provides the decreasing of energy demands and increasing of quality of liquid CO. |
