A stand for tests of upper extremity prostheses units is proposed, comprising a posture, power drive mechanism with pressure mechanism, components of prosthetic fixing, control mechanism and the reverse elements. The posture has a vertical axis rack on the sides of which two similar plates are fixed with grooves to secure the samples of upper extremities prostheses; actuator is made in the form of two pneumatic cylinders, each equipped with pneumoreductor and pneumatic throttle valve; pneumatic cylinders with the possibility of separation are installed on corresponding brackets of strain sensors, pneumatic cylinder rods are connected to the respective lanyards to install the samples of protheses. The strain sensors through analog-digital converter are connected to the computer. On cases of both pneumatic cylinders two magnetic end switches are movably installed. The pneumatic cylinders through the pneumatic distributor and gearbox with pressure gauge are connected with independent compressor. |
