The invention relates to a method for making butter with a filler including obtaining high fat cream, normalizing, transforming high fat cream into butter, homogenizing, where while homogenizing by means of uniform spraying over surface thereof dry powdered pollen preliminary ground up to a particle size of 10 nm - 50 µm is added in an amount of 0.3-3.0 % of content thereof in the finished butter. |
