The invention relates to a method of making butter with fillers providing for obtaining high fat cream, normalizing, transforming high fat cream into butter, homogenizing, where, while homogenizing as a filler, a suspension of powdered carrot and banana are added in amount of 0.5-6.0 % of the content of said mixture in the finished butter, which is made by means of mixing the powdered carrot and banana with preliminary pasteurized water, milk or buttermilk in a ratio from 1:0.5:1 to 1:4:15, mixing is carried out at a temperature of 15-45 °C with the further keeping at said temperature in the course of 5-30 min, after what the suspension made is cooled up to the homogenization temperature of the butter. |
