METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF ENDOMETRIUM PATHOLOGY

A method for the differential diagnosis of the pathology of endometrium comprises the morphological study of the epithelium of the cervical canal and the wall of the body of uterus. The samples for the examination are obtained by the separate scrapings. The sample of the epithelium from the cervical canal is illuminated with laser polarized beam, and the polarization parameters are analyzed taking into account the analytical model of the statistical structure of the epithelium in cervix uteri in background precancerous pathology and cancer of endometrium.
