A device for production of stringconcrete ties consists of containers for aggregates, cement and water, weigh batchers of those components, concrete mixing station with forced concrete mixer, devices for supply of concrete mix to tie forms, vibroplatform for compacting it and means for transportation of filled forms to autoclaves for thermal treatment and stripping after thermal treatment. All the vessels of component materials are provided with thermo-insulation cases and with inner system of pipe batteries as well, by means of those one feeds with cold air from environment at winter time and artificially cooled – in summer. All the devices for production and transportation of concrete mix to vibroplatform and than to autoclaves are heat-insulated. |
