Device for processing and analysis of active spectrum of signals of measurement information (MI) includes from one to five channels with simultaneous operation. Each channel includes structural-signal non-stationary filter (SSNF). At control input of filter control element is placed. SSNF is filter with external or reverse control by frequency of displacement of active spectrum or by envelope of MI signals. To each channel stationary low frequency filter (LFF) of first order is included and Hilbert frequency detector. The last one has connected in sequence Hilbert phase-difference transformer, block of arctangent and differentiator or Hilbert amplitude detector, at outlet of each phase changer of that one block to bringing to square is placed, and connected in series adder and device for determination of square root. Input of LFF is connected to output of differentiator of device for determination of square root. |
