METHOD FOR SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF SOLUBLE STREPTOCID IN AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS OF PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION

摘要

Method for spectrophotometric determination of soluble streptocide in aqueous solutions of pharmaceutical preparation includes preparation of solutions of the tested sample and working standard sample, and calculation of concentration of soluble streptocide in tested sample. Both solutions are diluted through preparation of two dilutions only, first of those is performed with water, and eh second one – with solution of sodium hydroxide.
