PURPOSE: A book stand equipped with a memo board is provided to facilitate movement and keeping thereof by folding a slant support, a horizontal support, and a lower supporting board. CONSTITUTION: A book stand equipped with a memo board comprises a main board(10) and a memo board(50). A slant support is pivotally fixed to the backside surface of the main board. An insertion hole is formed in the side of the main board. The memo board is inserted into the insertion hole. A separation preventing unit is pivotally fixed by a first hinge. A withdrawal handle(501) is formed in the memo board in order to withdraw the memo board from the insertion hole of the main board.
