An equipment for production of biodiesel fuel from fat of plant or animal origin contains container of methyl alcohol, container for catalyst - potassium methoxide, catalyst batchbox, reservoir for catalyst dissolving, pump, container for fat, mixer of flows of potassium methoxide with fat, pump, pipe battery for fat etherification, containing mixing baffles with helicoidal surfaces, made in opposite directions, main gravitational separator with socket for supply of emulsion and can for removing of bio diesel fuel. The reservoir for catalyst dissolving is located inside the container for fat; pipe battery for fat etherification contains cone compensatory reservoirs, connected to the socket for supply of mixture by means of socket, located in the superior part tangentially towards the cylindrical part of cone compensatory reservoir. The removing of mixture to the next pipe battery is realized form the cone part of cone compensatory reservoir. Mixing baffles with helicoidal surfaces are made in a form of continuous plate, in which helicoidal surface of variable direction contains direct-flow regions between helicoidal surfaces, which length grows up with running of etherification process. The equipment contains additional gravitational separator of fine purification with filtering element of undulated shape, installed below the socket for removing of biodiesel fuel from the main gravitational separator, at that the socket for supply of biodiesel fuel in additional gravitational separator of fine purification is installed under the filtering element and connected to the can for removing of biodiesel fuel from the main gravitational separator, and the socket for removing of biodiesel fuel from the additional gravitational separator of fine purification is installed over the filtering element. Such equipment allows intensifying the process for mixing at fat etherification and provides for continuous realization of the process. |
