The invention relates to the units for the purification of industrial waste water from suspended heavy particles and dispersed oil products.The task is the increasing of the purification efficiency of water from oil wastes and suspended particles. Modular unit of combined purification of waste water from suspended substances and dispersed oil wastes consists of the body, in the middle circle of which distribution system of pipes for the supply of waste water to the thin-layered channels and gathering system of pipes, placed above, for the outlet of floating oil wastes, thin-layered channels between the system of pipes are placed; in the upper circle the body consists of filtering coalescence blocks with floating granular loading, chutes for the outlet of floating oil wastes, cavity and pipeline for the outlet of purified water, in the lower circle the body consists of longitudinal hoppers for gathering and slotted pipes for the outlet of sludge, thin-layered channels are formed by the polyethylene film, which is tightened and fixed on pipes of distribution and gathering systems of the middle circle of the body, and filtering coalescence blocks are fixed in the upper part of the body and adjoined to thin-layered channels, except the last one, besides all filtering coalescence blocks are of trapezoidal form, and the last one is connected with the cavity, equipped with pipelines for the outlet from the body purified water and sludge. |
