METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF GRANULAR SODIUM PERCARBONATE

The method for production of granular sodium percarbonate by fluid bed formation granulation, includes spraying an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide and an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate by means of at least one multi-component nozzle with external mixing in a fluid bed, containing sodium percarbonate particles with simultaneous evaporation of water and is characterised in that the solution of sodium carbonate contains additional sodium carbonate and/or sodium percarbonate in suspended form which is supplied to a dispersion device for dispersing solids before introduction to the multicomponent nozzles. The method permits the avoidance of blockages in the multicomponent nozzles and recycling of sodium percarbonate dust from the exhaust gases of the fluid bed to the granulation.
