A method for assessing the bacterial insemination of the root canal provides for filling canal with buffer solution through the endodontic needle. 3 minutes later, the endodontic paper pin is inserted for 30 seconds. The pin is removed and incubated in the thermostat for 30 minutes. The extent of the bacterial insemination correlated with the intensity of pin coloration. |
