PURPOSE: A method of repairing cracks on a film for waterproofing and coating the outer walls of an apartment is provided to extend service life of a ferroconcrete structure by preventing the corrosion of a reinforcing bar and the neutralization of concrete. CONSTITUTION: A method of repairing cracks on a film for waterproofing and coating the outer walls of an apartment comprises the following steps. Projected portions due to inferior film and the corrosion of reinforcing rods are removed, and foreign materials on the surface are removed. One between first composition and second composition is selected and applied according to damage level of an outer wall. The first composition comprises xylene 70~80 weight% and polyolefin resin 20~30 weight%. The second comprises emulsion 10~20 weight%, ethylene glycol 1~1.5 weight%, and wetting agent 0.5~1 weight%, and remnant aqueous solution. The damaged portion of concrete is restored with mortar. The mortar consists of first mixture 10~14 weight% and second mixture 86~90 weight%. The first mixture consists of acrylic polymer 48~52 weight%, and dispersing agent 1~2 weight%, and remnant aqueous solution. The first mixture consists of silica 35~40 weight%, cement 12~13 weight%, and remnant aqueous solution.
