PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for analyzing advertisement target are provided to effectively select a target user or an advertisement category by calculating preferences and a behavioral pattern of a mobile terminal user. CONSTITUTION: A contents processor(132) exposes a content of a second category to a screen of an application coping with a first category. An information collector(133) collects information whether the selection for the first category and the second category is performed or not. An information analyzer(134) establishes logistic regression analysis model. A preference estimator(135) estimates the probability that a content which is relevant to the first category is selected or the first category is selected.
