PURPOSE: A heating cable for blocking an electric field and a magnetic field is provided to reduce the strength of a magnetic field, thereby precisely controlling a temperature change occurring in the heating cable. CONSTITUTION: A heating cable for blocking an electric field and a magnetic field comprises a heater line, an insulated coating, a heating line, and a temperature sensor line(3). The heater line generates heat according to the flow of a current. The insulated coating protects the outer circumference of each heater line. The temperature sensor line is wound in a fiber(2) with a fixed thickness in one direction. The temperature sensor line and the fiber are insulated.
