The block (BO) has a technical assembly (ET) comprising a case (BT) and assuring a photometric function in a main zone (ZP) close to a hollow zone (ZC). A screen (EC1) is integrated to the case at a level of an external orifice (BE) and oriented towards exterior. The case is made of transparent material to permit the passage of light from the exterior, via the screen, towards an internal orifice (BI) of the case oriented towards interior of a passenger compartment (HV) of a motor vehicle. A transparent interface skirt is placed on the case and/or on the screen.
