The device has a transmitter fixed at front and rear parts of a tramcar. A primary receiver (6) and a secondary receiver (7) receive signals transmitted by the transmitter to control lighting and extinction of a signaling system (9) i.e. light system, respectively. The signaling system is positioned on a support fixed at ground on entire length of a running track. The receivers and signaling system do not require maintenance by supplying power using a solar cell in order to completely automate the receivers and the signaling system. The signaling system is formed of LEDs.
