PURPOSE: A metal mask for different parts is provided to enable the soldering process of a part to be replaced with a reflow method since cream solder is printed on an uneven surface, to which parts are attached. CONSTITUTION: A metal mask for different parts comprises apertures(23), and an engraved surface(28). The apertures are formed on the surface of a metal plate of a given thickness to match with the lead shapes of different parts. Cream solder escapes from the protrusion of a PCB and is printed on the pad surfaces of different parts through the apertures. The engraved surface is formed on the rear of the metal plate. A printing aperture escapes from a mounted part through the engraved surface and makes tight contact with the pad surface.
