PURPOSE: A shower bath head pipe is provided to reduce the number of an assembly process since the time required for assembling the shower bath head is short and to maximize working efficiency due to simple an assembly work. CONSTITUTION: A shower bath head pipe includes a body and a waterway connection pipe. The body has a water pipe through-hole(110) formed at one end thereof and drainage through-hole(120) having a second inner diameter(d2) larger than a first inner diameter(d1) of an water supply through-hole, formed at the circumference of the other side. The waterway connection pipe has a water supply connection part(210) having a first external diameter(D1) and a drainage connection part(220) having a second external diameter(D2) at the other end thereof.
