<p>PURPOSE: An electronic guitar manufacturing method is provided to manufacture the electronic guitar with a method injecting a polywood compound through a mold, thereby resolving the transforming problem by temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION: A polywood compound is injected through a mold. A half-finished product forming each part of a guitar is manufactured. The manufactured guitar half-finished product is assembled after post-process and a complete products is manufactured. A TPL sheet, which laminated a high-glossy synthetic resin, is attached to the surface of complete product. To polish the TPL sheet to be glossed, a finishing step is performed.</p> |
