PURPOSE: Samgyetang(ginseng chicken soup) using medical herbs including phellinus linteus, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer useful components of the medical herbs to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of samgyetang(ginseng chicken soup) using medical herbs including phellinus linteus comprises the following steps: inserting the phellinus linteus, jujube, garlic, astragalus membranaceus, platycodon grandiflorum, and dioscorea batatas into water, and boiling for an hour to prepare phellinus linteus water; inserting chicken into the phellinus linteus water, and boiling for 40minutes and seasoning with black pepper powder and salt; inserting ginseng, the garlic, glutinous rice flour, rice powder, mung bean powder, and red ginseng powder; and boiling the mixture until all the ingredients are cooked.
