LOW CARBON ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY POLYLACTIC ACID FRESHNESS-KEEPING FILM

PURPOSE: A low carbon environment-friendly polylactic acid film capable of preserving the freshness is provided to ensure excellent tenacity, transparency and heat resistance as well as ability to preserve the freshness for food. CONSTITUTION: A low carbon environment-friendly polylactic acid film capable of preserving the freshness is prepared by the steps of: melt-extruding a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of poly-L-lactic acid with 85 mole % or greater of an L-lactic acid repeating unit, 5 ~ 500 parts by weight of poly-D-lactic acid with 85 mole % or greater of a D-lactic acid, and 0.1 ~ 10 parts by weight of nano inorganic particles with 10 ~ 500nm of average particle diameter to form a film; and forming pores on the film with 1 ~ 1,000μm of average particle diameter by laser or mechanical punching so that oxygen permeability is 5,000 ~ 50,000 cc/m^2·day·atm.
