Polymer coating comprises at least one layer made of a mixture of a polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer or a copolymer of which polyvinylidene fluoride is the main component and other components are present at 1-20 wt.% of the copolymer, where the: coating is obtained from a mixture of polymer particles having a flow index of 10-300 g per ten minutes, determined in accordance with ASTM D 1238, condition J; spherical or ovoid glass particles having a size of 1-300 mu m is applied to the molten metal surface; and weight ratio of the glass and the polymer is 5-50%. Polymer coating comprises at least one layer made of a mixture of a polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer or a copolymer of which polyvinylidene fluoride is the main component and other components are present at 1-20 wt.% of the copolymer, where the: coating is obtained from a mixture of polymer particles having a flow index of 10-300 g per ten minutes, determined in accordance with ASTM D 1238, condition J; spherical or ovoid glass particles having a size of 1-300 mu m is applied to the molten metal surface; weight ratio of the glass and the polymer is 5-50%; and coating comprises at least a plasticizer.
