PURPOSE: A sensor unit for an oximeter and oximeter with the same are provided to repetitively use a sensor containing unit and attach/detach a holder unit, thereby reducing manufacturing and purchasing costs and easily attaching/detaching the sensor unit. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit for an oxymeter comprises a sensor containing unit, an oxygen saturation sensor unit, and a holder unit(120). The sensor containing unit includes at least one oxygen saturation measuring sensor. The oxygen saturation sensor unit includes a holder unit with which the sensor containing unit is attached to the body of a person to be measured. The holder unit is detachably coupled with the sensor containing unit by Velcro coupling.
