The knife comprises an elongated body (1) whose rear part (2) forms a handle and front part (3) forms a blade (4) according to respective longitudinal axes, and a hinged cover for protection of the blade. An edge of the blade is apparent in a cutout of the front side of the knife. A front end of front portion of the blade extends beyond the lateral cut in front of the blade, and includes a spout protection (6) of a tip of the blade. The spout protection of a tip of the blade comprises a slit by which the blade is removed or inserted in the knife. The blade comprises a tail with a light. The threaded rod is screwed into the tapped hole of rocker arm to move the pin into the light. The arm has a pivot point located at a second end of the arm opposite to the pin from the threaded hole. A hinged cover is arranged for protection of the blade. The handle includes a longitudinal recess for receiving a cache, which is pivoted around an axis arranged in the central part of the body of the knife so as to return the cache in the recess when the knife is used.
