PURPOSE: A noncontact type light emitting diode is provided to directly use high voltage power by inducing a discharge phenomenon by controlling a distance between a second electrode and a second clad layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A first clad layer(120) is formed on the first electrode. An insulation layer(130) is formed on the first clad layer. A pin hole(140) passes through the insulation layer. A photoactive layer(150) is formed in the pin hole. A second clad layer(160) with a cone shape is formed on the photoactive layer.
