PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating an internal power supply, a multichannel memory having the same, and a processing system employing the multichannel memory are provided to minimize the size of a memory by sharing a reference voltage generator which is used in all channels. CONSTITUTION: A referent voltage generating unit(300) generates a reference voltage. A plurality of internal power generating units(310,320,330) commonly use a reference voltage. A plurality of internal power generating units generates an internal power channel. A plurality of channel condition detection units(318,328,338) each detect the operation of a plurality of channels. A plurality of internal power controllers(314,324,334) control the driving strength of internal power.
