PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a panel is provided to reinforce the edges of finishing panels by installing an outer frame. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a panel comprises the steps of: pulverizing cloth or non-woven fabric; injecting the pulverized powdery cloth or non-woven fabric in a stirrer(200) and mixing the cloth or non-woven fabric with plaster powder, resin and water; heating the mixture; injecting the mixture in a pressurizer(400) and cooling the mixture by vibrating the pressurizer; discharging the mixture from the pressurizer and molding the mixture in a mold; drying a finishing panel and applying finishing agents to the surface of the finishing panel.
