HYBRID TANDEM TYPE THIN FILM SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A hybrid tandem thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell by combining a first solar cell with inorganic materials with a second solar cell with organic materials. CONSTITUTION: A first solar cell(300) includes a first photoelectric conversion unit(310) made of inorganic materials. A second solar cell(500) is serially connected to the first solar cell. The second solar cell includes a second photoelectric conversion unit(510) made of organic materials. An intermediate interface layer(400) is formed between the first solar cell and the second solar cell. A first electrode(200) and a second electrode(600) function as an electrode pair for collecting electrons or holes generated from the first and second solar cells.
