The pencil (20) has a hand piece body (10) delimited by first and second receiver spaces (11, 12), and a replaceable electrode (30) provided in a front end of the pencil. A front end of the second space and a tubular body (121) is formed in to a single piece. The tubular body has an evacuation passage opening (1211) located near an end part of the electrode. A rear end of the second space comprises a connector (122) connected to a negative pressure aspiration instrument by a flexible tube. The opening aspirates fume and blood, when the end part of the electrode is activated.
