PURPOSE: An optical resin composition is provided to ensure excellent optical properties such as lightness, moldability, dyeability, abbe number, transparency and ultraviolet blocking property, and high shock resistance after coating and to prevent cracks due to low initial heat deformation temperature. CONSTITUTION: A monomer composition for lens of glasses comprises 38~68 weight% of a polythiol ester compound represented by chemical formula 1, 32~62 weight% of isophorone diisocyanate alone or diisocyanate compound in which hexamethylene diisocyanate, 4,4-methylenebis(cyclohexyl isocyanate), and trimethyl 1,6-diisocyanatohexane are mixed with isophorone diisocyanate, 0.001~4 weight% of ultraviolet-absorbing agent, 0.0001~3 weight% of release agent and 0.001~4 weight% of polymerization initiator. |
