PURPOSE: A roaster for automatically igniting charcoal and a roasting method thereof are provided to improve convenience by automatically igniting charcoal stored in a charcoal container. CONSTITUTION: A roaster for automatically igniting charcoal comprises a main body, a swing bracket member(200), a charcoal container, a burner, and a swing drive unit. The top of the main body is opened. The main body comprises a grill flange. The swing bracket member is arranged inside the main body. The charcoal container is detachably installed in the swing bracket member. The burner comprises a bar-shaped nozzle for igniting charcoal contained in the charcoal container. The swing drive unit is installed in the main body and controls the up-swing and down-swing of the swing bracket. |
