<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device of a capacitance coupling system which reacts a touch by an indicator of non-conductivity, and performs the position detection of high precision by a small number of electrodes even if a touch area is small. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided X electrodes XP and Y electrodes YP crossing through a first insulating layer 16, and Z electrodes ZP mutually floating through a second insulating layer 19. Materials such as elastic conductive materials which are changed in thicknesses by pressing by a touch are used for the Z electrode, and furthermore, a transparency elastic layer 114 is laminated thereon. Moreover, the Z electrode is arranged to be superimposed on both the adjoining X electrode and the Y electrode. A shape of a pad of the X electrode becomes maximum near the fine wire of the X electrode, and minimum near the fine wire of the adjoining X electrode in terms of an area, and the area of the pad is decreased as it leaves from near the fine wire part of the X electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
