<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on an instructor in conducting communication training which is a part of plant operation training without degrading the quality of the training but rather improving the quality of the training. <P>SOLUTION: In a plant operation training system, simulation is carried out to virtually create a plant state, and communication training to select a contact determined in accordance with the plant state and to have an accurate dialogue with the contact can be conducted. The plant operation training system includes a training support section 4 in which various types of dialogs that an instructor who plays the role of the contact has with a trainee as a contact source are stored as model dialogues, and which specifies a proper model dialogue according to the plant state in simulation and presents it to the instructor while the communication training is conducted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
