PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve which dispenses with gap filling work, and which is equipped with both a highly-heat-insulated structure and a soundproof one. SOLUTION: This sleeve includes: an approximately box-shaped sleeve body 2 which is almost identical in thickness to a partition 100 and which penetrates in the thickness direction of the partition 100; a sleeve pipe 4 which is arranged inside the sleeve body 2, which penetrates in the thickness direction of the sleeve body 2, and both the ends of which can be connected to ducts 107 and 108 for air conditioning; a fire-resisting and heat-insulating material 6 which is held inside the sleeve body 2, and which elastically supports the sleeve pipe 4; and a regulating flange 5 which is protruded radially outward from an outer surface of the sleeve pipe 4 and which regulates the axial motion of the sleeve pipe 4 by contact with the fire-resisting and heat-insulating material 6.
