PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a nozzle for generating cooling/humidifying mists to a hose/pipe more easily, at low cost and with high reliability in comparison with a conventional method, and to easily lay a new hose/pipe, or easily change the same after laying. SOLUTION: A screw structure 11 of a nozzle connecting instrument 1 on a pressure-proof hose 6 having flexibility, is fitted to a special nut 8 in a nozzle water supply port 7 to hold a water leakage prevention seal 3 such as a rubber O-ring and a reinforcement instrument 9, and a hole for inserting the screw structure 11 of the nozzle connecting tool 1 is formed on the reinforcement instrument 9 to take a structure surrounding the circumference of the pressure-proof hose 6 to compensate degradation of strength of the pressure-proof hose 6 due to the nozzle water supply port 7 formed on the pressure-proof hose 6. Further a structure for increasing a pressure applied to the water leakage prevention seal 3 simultaneously with the increase of a water pressure, is applied, so that the deformation of the pressure-proof hose is increased in accordance with receiving of the pressure to the water leakage prevention seal 3 while keeping proper flexibility, and air-tightness can be improved.
